'The Millers Manual' is now on the internet in it's entirety.This is the First Edition, published in 1981. Although most of the machinery has moved on since then there is still a lot of information that is still relevant to machinery, techniques and general information. Where possible the authors would like to upgrade this information through contributions from the milling and associated industies.

Finally got my act together and added another page to the Engineering section Bolt torque settings.
Have had some correspondence form Leigh Youdale in Australia as follows;
"I donated a large quantity of machinery catalogues for Simon, Robinson, Buhler, MIAG as well as all my working papers and data books to the Temora Rural Museum in NSW Australia where they are archived. Contact is Bill Spiers, through the Temora Shire Council. I didn't know who to give them to as the industry has contracted so much and thought someone might some day come across them. Some of the Simon catalogues go back to the turn of the century - my great grandfather was a milling engineer here and was manager of Henry Simon in Australia in the 1920's. One of his catalogues, which I think I kept, has the machinery prices of the day written on each page.
Leigh's email address is:firstname.lastname@example.org
Also sad to report the death of my good friend and business partner Terry Egan last October
